The worst KFC in NZ. Chicken legs are pathetically small. They never have proper stock of mainstay items and their staff are not at all customer focused, poor show for Masterton. Will not visit again.

KFC masterton are constantly out of stuff...no wicked wings then no coleslaw.. its a gamble every time you go there.. the people are lovely but there constantly hiring... something not right there.. are mngt paying there suppliers? Who knows but never had issues like this at any other KFC in the country. Also often shut there dining area due to low staff.

Went to buy a Mega Classic Bucket and a few other things; was told it will be a minimum of half an hour for the chicken! What is going on? Are the pieces frozen and being delivered from out of town? Cancelled the order.
