I had the best experience with this team today. Tom and Richard went above and beyond to assist with the repair of my MacBook. They empathized with me in a time of great stress as I work from my laptop and it is my complete lifeline. Dont waste your time taking your Apple products anywhere else. They are knowledgeable, have exceptional customer service and went above and beyond helping me sort my issue. Thank you Tom and Richard. I would have given you 6 stars if I could.
