booked a pick up using trademe's book a couriers and they were meant to pick it up on the 14 even called them to remind them which i got told yes someone will pick it up on that date. got home only to find the parcel that was meant to be picked up was still there and i thought ok they will pick it up om the 17th but yet again i get home and its still there waiting to get picked up

For over a week, I have waited to get a new phone delivered. I have given an ATL. My last phone was delivered by Aramex. That had an ATL. But nope. They're deciding to screw me around. So, every day, they "Attempt to deliver" this phone. Y'know, the one I've given an ATL for. Yeah. Kicker is, that I can't exactly walk anymore. Screw Aramex.

Have tried to get my package delivered three times & have been home every occasion. Courier knocks on the door & by the time I get downstairs & open the door I see the courier drive away (except on the first attempt of delivery, in which the courier was still in front of the driveway when I opened the door & walked towards the gate only to see him drive away). Would give no stars if it were possible.
