        Whoever is currently dumping the bins, tell them they need more shakes. I'm not packing my rubbish down and they are still only getting half emptied, if that.

        I used to get a weekly collection but my circumstances changed. I wanted to go to monthly collection, but despite their website saying it was an option the said I couldnt do that. So I declined to renew the service. Spoke directly to a person, they were advised I seemed to have no other closed but to acknowledged I had cancel the service. Took a while for them to collect the free green waste bin and the general waste bin. But to top of the bad experience, they continued to send me invoices. I have rung and emailed them about this yet for the past year they continue to sent me urgent notices every month. If I could give no stars i would.
