They have lost approx 75 % of their staff, & the staff remaining are hopeless & the horrible men. no person would want to deal with.
The service team are crocks & can not be trusted or inflating peoples bills.
The Wairarapa people I have spoken too say they have the worst reputation in town & I can see why.
