I have been observing a friends experience with this business for almost a year now and am highly disappointed in their level of customer service and project management. My friends have not been pushy at all and been extremely understanding of the current building climate. However, it has taken numerous emails, some being unanswered for a number of weeks, to get any sort of communication from this business. Let alone changes to initial quote that should not have been put on to them as clients. The build was delayed for a few months initially, then they were told to get ready, then it was delayed for another 3 months, now it is sitting incomplete and has been for 4 months since the start of the build. My friends are stressed and disheartened by this poor management and lack of communication. I would not recommend using this business if you want to be appreciated as a customer.
