Shannon and Mia are the perfect team to have on your side. We have used them for multiple house sales and purchases, lease agreements and other types of contracts. Each time, they kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure they were available anytime we needed them. They are so knowledgeable, and they do their jobs with total ease and grace.

Highly recommend Core Legal and Shannon Norling. The thing that impressed me most about Shannon was nothing was sugar coated. He was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. Going through a property separation from start to finish, Shannon kept me informed of each step and what the options were and what the risks were. Shannon was very clear on the legal approach from the beginning and my legal position for this separation, this allowed for a strong foundation to negotiate from and stay the course without having to deviate to accommodate the other party, it was a long road, but we got there. Since this was the first time going through this process, I had many questions which Shannon and the team at Core Legal were prompt and accommodating to helping me with my questions and challenges!
