        Super welcoming atmosphere - great for every level of fitness, experience, age and background. The teaching brings new people up to speed quickly, but still pushes those with more experience to learn more and develop their skillset. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

        My experience with Ghost Submission Grappling has been 10/10. Couldnt wish for a better group of people to train with, good laughs with coaches that can explain and show details in multiple ways so everyone can understand, leads to no one being left behind in the learning.
