It's was "self serve" the day I went and I can do that no probs, but I think it would be difficult for people who don't handle technology well or who need assistance. I didn't go in the shop so I don't know if they would come out and help.

Staff seem to not care how to do things we have gone to both Mobil stations in Masterton and despite selling glowbug top ups the staff seem completely uneducated and unwilling to learn how to load these cards very disappointed in John whom assured me he could learn how to top these cards up as he couldnt do it last time . Advice to Mobil train staff better or dont advertise yourself as a retailer of the product. Very disappointed being told by a staff member sorry cant do it is completely ridiculous your paid by the hour to learn how to do it John!!
