Gadget Guru Mobile Repair & Key Cutting

Terrible experience. I took my phone in for a screen replacement. The screen very poor quality and had dots all over it, the camera (which was previously fine) was blurry and the earpiece didnt work so I couldnt make phone calls. The repair also rendered my phone no longer water resistant, which I wasnt told. After a few days it got water damaged and wouldnt work. (Was previously water resistant up to 4m depth.) Gadget Guru refused to take any responsibility and stopped communicating. I went through the disputes tribunal and won. Ive since heard stories of similar experiences! Proceed with caution!

I cracked screen on my a12 was quoted $140 and I would have to leave my phone overnight went the following day to be told wait another...4 days later i got it back then I tried the camera facing me to know the lens was covered or something can't do Facebook call with whanau etx who only see blurry. and icing cake they didn't care it's part of their policy and customers Have to sign GADHET GURU IS NOT LIABLE IF THEY DAMAGE IT PFFT lies the are scammers. he said the screen is on overnight courier... it arrived nxt day and I picked it up.. I did like how the new screen was but few mina later s another lady from mobilic that she would fix it for 40...your screen was 1mm short from the top nd trays front camera looks wrong and it's glue they were using BUT GADGET GURU IS NOT LIABLE SCAMMERS TAKING MONEY BECAUSE ITS FREE MONEY... NOT the SIGN LOGO WE ARE THE BEST IN TOWN ETC SLOGAN BOTTOMS LOL .. and what's with the front of house I will never recommend yous my madz
