        I have attended pilates classes with various instructors for more than 15 years, but I can honestly say Dalene's knowledge of fitness in general and her passion for pilates is evident in her classes. Her precision and attention to detail resulting in classes which are just a cut above the rest.

        Dalene is a wonderful professional Pilates instructor. I always had a good exciting well thought trough workout within my means with reachable goals and challenges set for me. She treats and train you holistically and keep your individual body challenges and abilities in mind. I loved doing pilates with her. We miss her in South Africa.

        I love, love, LOVE this studio! Dalene is such a great instructor, she is caring and really knows her stuff. I have done Pilates for 11 years and this is by far the best studio in NZ.
