        Expensive shoddy work and a failure to take responsibility for their decisions. We had a leak in a gutter - sent through photos so piece of guttering could be replaced. Their staff decided to attempt a repair with gutter cement rather than replace the gutter (no consultation with us) Charged $387 for this. It didnt work. This winter is nearly over and we are still asking to get it fixed properly or a refund. What annoys me most is they havent owned their unilateral decision to attempt a repair, keep suggesting it was what we wanted, and now want to charge us for the replacement. My next stop will be a complaint to their industry body or the building sector regulator. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else!
