Appaling after sales service. They supplied me with the wrong item and admitted it was their fault, yet would not exchange (depsite the item being unused) as it was more than 1 momths since purchase quoting "policy". They stuill had the item I wanted to return in stock, so it would have caused no problem to accept it. In a time where high street stores are under pressure to compete with on-line shopping, about all they have to offer is customer service. These guys made it clear to me that I should go on-line. Until now I have reserved my reviews for 5 star service. Thank you Stirling Sports Masterton for breaking my duck!

Visited my local store twice recently 1st trip was very plesent, girl was lovely, welcoming and very helpful, second trip was awful different girl was rude, unprofessional and very intrusive as I had issues with afterpay she snatched my phone off me and continued to be rude, argumentative and disrespectful, I left the store empty handed and purchased the items I was there for online. Won't be visiting my local store again!

Thank you Sheridan for your wonderful service on Thursday. My mum always has such a hard time finding shoes and with your helpful and happy demeanour you made the experience painless. She loves her new Nike Air Zoom Pegasus. In fact she's only takes them off to sleep! Great service and a good selection
