        Service was non help full did not say can I help you I waited till he was ready . just looked at me NO CAN I HELP was not intrested in helping . dose not know that old phones can lock you out if you change sim cards or if he did did not tell me. I was thinking of up grading phone sure wont buy it there.

        The employees here are not happy working at this store. They dont greet the customers as they come in and they are always frowning so its hard to approach them. No one will ask you what you need unkess you ask first. Not good customer service.

        Yes cheaper plans, but the sacrifice is service - barely spoke to me, didn't engage, took a phone call while serving me (at least say "do you mind if I grab this"), was dismissive with my questions - overall very poor in store experience. I had money in my pocket to upgrade my phone, but will take the part of my business elsewhere.
