Colin managed to fit my kitchen floor sanding and polish into his schedule at short notice. He gave me a couple of options and fully explained their benefits. He arrived as scheduled and finished ahead of schedule. And, most importantly- He did an expert job and transformed my kitchen. And he was very pleasant to chat to over a coffee. Would definitely recommend.

We found Colin on Instagram. After seeing other amazing work he had done. We have lived in our 117 year old cottage for 3 years, and tolerated our tired floor longer than I would have liked. It was in pretty bad shape, cracked wood, lumpy, tired and just in major need of a face lift. The reason we chose Colin was because he was quite a perfectionist, and we wanted someone like that who would be able to tackle the more challenging parts of the floor. Colin was a great communicator, trustworthy and a comedian at times. He really does hold himself to a high standard which is perfect. Honestly are over the moon with the outcome, the floor is looking a million dollars and we feel so much more happier living in our home, we are so grateful. And definitely feel the money we paid was reasonable and worth the investment. I hope our job hasnt pushed him to retire early !! Thanks colin , sounds like you are definitely going to need a bigger hat !
