We reached out to Stefan to help design our family home renovation. Stefan took the time to understand exactly what we want, and what are budgets were as well as making use of all spaces available and considering the needs of the individuals within the family, Stefan created something that is practical and elegant. We're looking forward to realising his work soon!

The concept Stefan came up with for my property was just what I was looking for. He transformed the mid century cottage into a modern home, that maximised sunlight and views while retaining its essential character. Stefan took on the additional challenge of fitting a second dwelling onto the property without compromising privacy and access. The software he uses really makes it easy to envision the final build.

Stefan was asked to look at our existing site and building and make recommendations for enabling more space. Stefan listened carefully to our thoughts and preferences and developed a series of plans which reflected not only our ideals, but were sensitive to the existing building, the site and local environment. The end result was practical and cost effective but did not compromise on style or good design. We have been delighted with the results and more than happy to recommend him to others.

Stefan saw the potential in our tiny home as soon as he saw it. It was a simple matter of switching rooms around and capitalising on space - transforming it from a 1 bedroom cottage with a sleep out, to a 3 bedroom home with a self-contained studio! His creative eye gave us the confidence to move ahead with our renovation!

My wife and I were planning a few specific renovations (remove a wall here, extend a room there, and add an external gym/workshop). We spent a lot of time considering options but we weren't convinced we were making the right choices. Eventually (thankfully!) we realised that we should get some professional input in the planning stage. Stefan was amazing from the get go. He was up front and transparent about his (fixed!) pricing structure. He explained his business model, and what to expect from the process. This made it very clear that he could add some some real value at quite a reasonable price point. We of course agreed to have him help us and he advised us of his availability. He kept to all timeframes and agreements made. Now for the bit that really matters, his work. Stefan began by hearing us out about what we wanted, asking lots of questions and taking notes the whole time. He then proceeded to suggest ideas and see what we thought of them. Once he had what he needed, he informed us as such and left to begin on the drawings. We were impressed at how quickly he got the drawings done but we were more impressed with the drawings themselves. Stefan took all of our seemingly disjointed ideas and wove them into a cohesive whole that just works. In many areas he took our requirements, considered the root problems, and then showed how they could be solved in other ways. Without fail, his solutions were far better than ours. We are so glad that we paid for professional expertise rather than trying to save a little bit of money. I know this has been a long review but building projects are costly and I wanted to give a complete picture of our experience with Stefan so that others can make an informed decision. Stefan clearly cares deeply about his craft and takes great pride in his work (as he should!). We have already recommended him to many people and will not hesitate to do so again.
