        Worse bank experience ever!! really disrespectful towards my mother who cannot speak English, this one lady working there was being rude making faces and expressions while my mother is signing. If I could give 0 stars would be great

        I have been with ANZ for over 20 years and had a bank manager at this branch. My point of contact was the manager's assistance. When it came time to refix my mortgage the bank would not offer me a competitive rate as compared to all of the other banks. When I tried to raise the issue with her I was informed that I had no longer had a manager (news to me), that the bank no longer had bank managers and that I should 'call the contact centre'. These delays were an inconvenience and costly. Incompetent service and I will never deal with this branch again.
