        Supposed to be every 20 minutes. Bus didn't arrive and the next bus waited until 10.20am. Missed a connection. If I'd known I would have taken other transport.

        I have just waited 40 minutes for a bus and in the time four buses should have arrived, I didn't see one. In the end I had to get a taxi.

        Absolutely unreliable. Time table is a joke, so unreliable. Have had to catch taxis twice now to avoid missing our flights. I have called them and they honestly couldn't give a rats a..e.... customers.
