My printer stopped working a few weeks after I bought it. According to the instructions, it was not the toner (I had printed about 50 pages since it was new). So I took it back to the Warehouse to show it off and ask for help. The young lady told me that I had to have it shipped to the repair center for an assessment, the delay was 2 or 3 weeks and I needed a printer immediately. She told me I could buy another one, since if I hadn't misused my printer, I would be reimbursed. After that, I never heard from her again. I had some urgent work to do, so I waited to contacted Warehouse, after some time : the printer was waiting for me, the toner had to be changed. I explained that I had bought a printer in the meantime, and that I had been told I could be reimbursed for the old one. The same employee denied her own words, and would not listen. In the end, over a hundred dollars in the trash. On other occasions, the staff had been very good. After that, I went to the Warehouse as little as possible. To note also, the products were very counterfeit (example of Belgian chocolates), and the products of very poor quality (pen, etc). I'm writing this negative review several months after the facts, I didn't have the time at the time (besides, Warehouse made me waste a lot of time, for nothing in the end). Buy online!
