        Took line trimmer in for a service and explained that it wasn't running correctly. They said they would give it a service and make sure it's running right. Got it back after service and it still wasn't running right. Took it back and they charged me an extra $30 for a "tune". I don't mind paying the money to get it fixed and running correctly, but surely this could been done the first time I had it serviced. I would of expected them to run it and make sure it was working correctly after a "service" or explain that a tune isn't included in a service. Disappointed.

        Put my lawn mower into a repair shop in Cuba st where it sat for 2 months with me ringing to ask how it was going weekly only at the end of said time that he gives up on getting working .Went to Zak 24hrs later running better than it ever has. I am most impressed with service.Thanks
