Catherine has been my physio for a long time and has gently and effectively dealt with my various injuries and provided advice on simple self care. Recently Faith stepped in and not only quickly reduced the pain but I regained flexibilty in my lower back I thought I had lost forever. I strongly recommend Refresh Physio.

I just completed the Kepler and Milford tramping tracks, and it's huge thanks to Faith at Refresh Physio that I was able to. Not long before, on a warm-up tramp, I slipped and damaged my thigh muscles just above the right knee. Bruising and a sizeable haematoma made bending the knee, especially walking, painful and awkward. Faith pinpointed the problem and applied a range of techniques to reduce swelling and free it up so I could get out into the mountains as scheduled. Huge thanks! We had a great time.

I am very happy with the outcome of 2 series of treatments from Catherine, over the past few years. Even though the treatment seemed quite difficult at the time, the results were excellent. I would recommend to others with no hesitation. Thanks again, Catherine.

Execellent. Got me in quickly, established the issue and sorted, including easy to follow "at home" exercises.
