        Went here based on all the good reviews. Had a pinched nerve, but I got the wrong exercises, making the pain much worse. Physio also didn't seem very confident. Went to a GP who referred me to Action Physio which has done a much better job. Sorry, can't recommend Teamphysio.

        Haresh is the best physio! He is hugely insightful, and has a great holistic knowledge of movement and recovery. I've never felt more confident in my recovery process - and I've had a lot of injuries and visited a lot of physios.
