We found Michael through a Google seach and requested his help to find us a competitive mortgage within the ever changing market. Michael was very knowledgable about the whole mortgage application and house buying process. He seems to have good connections within the banking and property community. We are based in NZ and overseas, so that comes with its own challenges. Having sent through documents last minute, on the wire of the mortgage offer deadline date, Michael spoke with the banks and everything went through smoothly. During our house search, we started with a standard offer on a property, then looked at an auction, then ended up having what we thought was a non-typical purchase with our sellers. Michael had good knowledge about all these types of purchases and what documenation the banks required. This helped us communicate our needs to our solicitors. Michael was very communicative throughout the whole process and answered all our questions regardless of the time or day of the week. He also discussed and helped to find a suitable split mortgage structure. I would be happy to work with Michael again when we come to negotaite new terms.

One of best mortgage advisors you would see in wellington market. The term mortgage was fairly complex to me but Michael made it pretty easy with his amazing services. He is pretty helpful, gave me proper time to understand my requirements. He was always available to me on phone and has been very patiently responding to all my queries in last 6 months.
