Jana Barrett Personal Trainer

I started doing TACFIT and personal training sessions with Jana when I was very unfit and with back problems. Jana has been great helping me build up core strength(glutes, hips, belly, lats). My back doesn't bother me anymore because I've strengthened up the muscles that take the strain off it. Very happy with the results and stronger than I have ever been.

Jana is such a great PT, ensuring that you build your body to last you a lifetime rather than the boom bust vicious cycle of other trainers that push you into an injury. Im now obsessed with functional strength training and enjoy working out with the steel mace and clubs. Highly recommend!

It is rare to find a exercise program that has you looking forward to the next workout! Jana provides the perfect environment and TACFIT program that has allowed me to reach my goals, all the while functioning at my best in day to day life. Her refreshing approach to what exercise is really about has me signing up for more and more of her classes.
