Hoi.

If you are new (or even experienced) to Pilates, then Hoi is the place to go. I have been going here for 6+ months, and cannot rave enough about the incredible teachers and the studio space itself. After injuring myself throughout the year, Sasha coached me through a few one-on-one sessions, to regain my confidence and mobility in the group classes again. The welcoming nature this studio has, speaks volumes for the people that have joined and have formed a culture of inclusiveness. If I can recommend you try anything this year, it would be a Jumpboard class, and a Saturday 8am Daily class. There is no better way to start the weekend than a little movement and a wave from some great humans.

The instructors are top notch, I get personal attention and a great work out each time. Every time is new and different. As someone who doesn't like to exercise, I finally found a place that I'm happy to go to, and the experience is always great.

Love this studio! A huge range of classes to fit your vibe, whether you are after something more gentle, or if you are wanting a full body sweaty workout that will challenge you.

9 months ago and over 100 classes achieved after I discovered this amazing place in Miramar , Hoi. Not only do you feel welcome by Sasha and her amazing team , but I have learnt so much about my body , and what its capable of . I have become stronger , and more toned in places I thought had travelled south for the winter . I know this may sound cliche , but it is honestly my natural anti - depressant for my soul . It really doesnt matter how old you are , your size , your amount of flexibility , and whether you think you cant do it , or dont have time . You really can , and every teacher will help you along the way . If I can do it , then anyone can do it . Of course its not for everyone , but for me 1 hour at the Hoi studio , is far better then 1 hour at a gym .

Classes with Sasha are absolutely AMAZING and the studio is GORGEOUS! A good work out without fuss or stress. The atmosphere is relaxed and the exercises adapted to all levels.
