Worst service i ever had to deal with.The staff are the rudest i ever have come across in customer service.After a long,stressful day i decided to order as i was a customer at the Strathmore store so i ordered with uber eats.I have just moved and automatically the uber eats app linked the old address.I tried to cancel the order online through the app but unfortunatelly i couldnt, when i called the store asking them to please help me as the order was worth $55 and was going to wrong address or unleast to guide me on what to do or if they could even hold it in store without giving it to the uber driver until i got there in 5 minutes the staff, told me we are too bussy to deal with this then hanged up the phone on me,then i called again and asked to speak to someone incharged the person incharged told me also that they are too bussy to deal with this, then i called back and the woman there second time when she answered i asked her to speak to the person incharged that i was talking to before told me in a rude matter "he is too bussy and we are too bussy to deal with u" and hanged up the phone again.Again i called another guy answered and i said please again to keep my order there and he said the driver will be here in 2 minutes and we are giving your order away.I have never in my life come across anything like this disgusting behaviour and customer service and if you complain to the customer service email on the website again you get a response that is in a very unprofessional matter.I know now next time i choose to order for sure it wont be from Hells Pizza because my experience is from hell.
