Honestly, it is truly impressive how horrific this company is. Not only are they bad for you as a property owner (1 inspection for a year tenancy, PM only stepped in the door and took a single photo, and then no pre-tenancy inspection.) they also left my partner locked in a bathroom for the evening when the lock broke. We contacted them, and told us that she would have to stay locked in as their on call maintenance man did not own a cellphone. Colin told us that we all have to make sacrifices and that shell need to wait till the next day to get out. And there Colin is, the only sacrifice he has to make is collect easy money and screwing over both tenants and landlords. Seriously, a joke of an operation. Colin, if you read this, I would seriously like to talk to you about this and hear your side of what being a property manager actually means to you.

Have rented an apartment managed by Harvic for nearly 3 years now, and they've always been incredibly kind and fast to respond to any requests! Just recently, we had an urgent electrical issue before the weekend and they were able to get someone out on Friday afternoon on short-notice. We've never had any problems and have been consistently impressed and pleased!

Worst company I've ever letted off in my life. The director Jude Morgan was one of the most unprofessional and foulest people that I've ever met in my life, and there rental property and there ways of management put my health at serious risk. Completely untrustworthy...DON'T EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
