        I visited a friend in the hospital wing, he had soiled himself when I got there...he wasn't able to ring his bell on the wall, so I did for him. He waited approximately 40 minutes before a carer arrived, she said she would come back soon. I had to leave after another 10 minutes, as I had to be somewhere else. I really hope my friend got seen to not long after I left. I realise there might have been staff storage, or busy staff... but sitting in a soiled underwear for a while is mighty uncomfortable. I hope they can get this rectified soon.

        If there was a negative star, I would use it. In isolation for 3 days even though I came from home and not a requirement for COVID as tested negative. 3 beautiful hot days, booked there to be closer to Beach, no aironidionig,had to put a loud industrial fan in the doorway. Hospital level care, paid for ensuite, never got to use it. Wheeled 2 beach after discharged
