        Made inquiry for a roof leak. Told 2 week lead time - waited 3 weeks then no response to 3 emails and 2 phone calls. Rubbish (No!) customer service.

        I had a good experience with these guys to do some leak repairs on our corrugated roof. After completing online contact form (as advised by there voicemail), they had made contact within 24 hours to arrange a site visit for the following day. They provided a detailed quote for the work within hours of the site visit. Once I confirmed the job, they were able to schedule it for the following week, and the repair work itself (replacing the old nails) was completed within a day. They were confident it would resolve our leaks, and hopefully I won't need to be in contact anytime soon. However if I do have any future roofing issues I'd have no hesitation in contacting JB roofing repairs again.
