After saying goodbye to a loved one, and unfortunately running out of battery on my phone Yona had helped me get through a tough time and lended me a charger. She is an amazing, caring, and positive employee that has such a sweet heart. Thank you!

A most fantastic, and passionate salesperson served me. No other Sunglass Hut employee has been able to spit such knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for Ray Bans. Plus I'm super happy with my set of Titanium Chromance Aviators.

It's definitely the worst experience I have ever had. I brought a pair from the Lambton Quay store. I got the glasses, and they had a slight bend in them. When I went back to the store, the manager wasn't there. And would never call me back. This has been going on for just about a year. The new manager from Lambton Quay finally tried to sort and said it was a manufacturer defect. As the glasses wouldn't sit straight. After an hour of the manager trying to heat and bend it, the glasses were not sitting right. The manager organized with the airport store. To get me another pair. Unfortunately, that style wasn't available, and he moved it up to the next, and I would pay the difference. When going to collect them the new casual rang the manager and admiited that the glasses where bent. And should be replaced. But on the phone, the manager disagreed. And said no. Needless to say, I drove 35 km to collect. So I was annoyed. Today I was at the airport and decided to go back and buy a new pair. The consultant today was the rudest person I have ever talked to. She grabbed my old glasses and was trying to bend them again. Then she started to question me like I was taking the mickey. I would have brought another pair, but the assistant decided to put down the manager who actually helped me, Tony. This is absolutely disgusting. I would never buy another pair of glasses from the Sunglasses Hutt ever again. No one takes ownership, and they just blame everyone else.
