Unskilled or negligent or both. Avoid this place if you care for your safety on the road. I need four new tyres and they installed one of them on a dangerous rim and failed to let me know (even if it was "within spec" as they assured me when I went back). I only found out that it was dangerous and needed to be replaced when I went for a WOF in the following weeks. I would recommend anyone to avoid this place.

Great place to take your car..a must... been going there for years. One of the best..wouldn't go anywhere else..highly recommend it..

Went in for a flat repair, but needed a new tyre, visiting Wellington and this was the closest tyre shop to where im staying. Appalling service, wouldnt recommend at all!! especially to woman as they will try and convince you (condicendingly) that you need new tyres, when I was told by AA the day before my tyres were good. First expirence at Tonys tyres and definitely my last. Lets wait for the generic respose

Tony's Tyre Service are very professional, friendly and prompt they make the customer feel at ease and offer great suggestions when a customer is seeking advice.
