        It took 3 months to get my voucher after repeated contacts, but in the end they delivered and gave me an extra voucher for my trouble.

        I brought a car a few months ago from a MTA member, a water pump issue was appeared, the member refused to remediate the issue in the first instance on the ground of normal wear and tear, after approached MTA, They handle the matter with the member professionally , within a few days, all resolved. Highly recommended .

        Contacted MTA mediation service and had immediate response from Keith. Sent detailed email and over 3 weeks later and after a couple of follow ups from me they came back with a statement from the mechanics concerned. Which is what we'd already heard from them before and which we totally dispute. No attempt at mediation what so ever. Being a member of MTA means nothing to the consumer. Don't bother chosing your mechanic based on MTA membership, we are now going to Disputes Tribunal to get this sorted.
