Had a disappointing experience. Picked up my Volvo and discovered new scratches and a small dent. Had to climb through the passenger side as the car next to mine was parked super close. Initially was told the service was scheduled for 28th Dec but wasn't done until 6th Jan. Noone called to advise. Had to call them several times for a status update and request for a courtesy car but no response received until 5th Jan. Car wasn't washed upon pickup. Basic communication goes a long way. 2/10. Since contacting the owners by email, I received a car wash and dent assessment.
