        the worst customer service i have ever experienced staff dont what they are doing expect you to do every online personal bankers are lazy dont know how to scan a document treat customers poorly not helpful i am moving my mortgage to another bank only been with them 9 months i have had better customer service at fast food outlets would recommend the make everything that is simple so stressful THEY DONT CARE

        Some years ago in Iceland all the bankers were fired by the people - Maybe we could look at doing the same here,. It's obvious to many that the type of person who gravitates to being in banking always have issues.

        Whoever the bloke is who has short curly black hair and works out the back- best service ever. Been twice in two weeks and waited 10-15min each time without a single word spoken to me- this guy was great
