very poor customer service. Attempted to book a table on line but did not get a reply. So my wife walked across town on her day off work to book a seat, only to be told that it was not worth their while reserving tables for two people. From all accounts the staff member was not particularly friendly or even helpful.we will take our money elsewhere and wont be going back to Amador.

Staff had no enthusiasm even though we're friendly polite customers. Ordered a cheeseboard, which came out with no knife to cut anything, and wine at $13 a glass which was less than a third full, and we had to go back and ask for the wine and it had been forgotten, which was strange given we were the only customers in the whole place.

Less than average wouldn't go back. I was interested as it was an upstairs bar. Average service with no enthusiasm infact the one staff member that was on was completely not present and forgot the wine we ordered as soon as we ordered. Chessboard was good but no utensils were provided. Wine was only a thrid full after paying an excessive price.

Friendly Staff. Excellent location & deck holds key terrain. Wonderful view of the Dominion Building & Hibernian House. Thanks!
