Drinks were good but our meals were forgotten. We asked after waiting for 45 minutes and the order had been lost. Otherwise a great place.

We enjoyed our meal at Flamingo Joe's. There was nothing spectacular about the chicken burger and beef burger we ordered but we thought they were very nice. The coffee was very good too. The staff were pleasant and the atmosphere was good. Overall experience was pretty good. We will definitely come back.

We've had mixed experiences here and this is our 3rd visit. Overall, it's average at best. The staff and people are awesome but the food is overpriced, and average quality (eg Fish n Chips is 3 x small as pieces (think fish bites) with hand cut agria fries being frozen shoestring fries for $30 each) Location and vibe is real good and you can watch the ferries come and go and the outside courtyard is great But if you're hungry and what a decent feed at a fair price this isn't the place to go

Edit - I am disappointed that rather than acknowledge our review the owner has dismissed the feedback. As noted in my original review we werent offered compensation and even when I asked they amend the bill they initially refused. Only when I asked they remove a taco did and they I was not accepting nothing did they change their mind. As I said the other staff besides the matre were lovely. The Matre was very rude, ignoring us completely dispute being right in front of her, and then dismissing us. Took 25 minutes to be served, and when requesting second order told to go to the bar (note we were dining). Ordered the special, spritz tree which comes with a board, however the board never arrived. The Matre would not talk us and let us tell her the issue then said we didnt raise it so would have to pay the other servers were nice but overworked. Despite advising of the issues and them acknowdging the mistake they refused to compensate. Would not go back or recommend. Shame, as could up Id be lovely experience
