Had the most horrible experience here. My hearing is very bad and I walked in, said hello and smiled to the lady behind the counter and I started browsing the Christmas selection while I was trying to call my mum. There was no one else in the store, and suddenly the woman behind the counter starts screaming at me at the top of her lungs, verbally assaulting me and saying I disrespected her, and that I dont get to just come into the store and be on my phone. I didnt realise that it was apparently a universal rule that you cant be on your phone in public. Suffice to say I was very confused and taken aback, especially considering our exchange had consisted of Hello. I didnt catch too many details of what she was screaming at me about because my hearing is bad, but she really upset me and took me off guard and I left immediately. I will never be going back and highly recommend to everyone not to go there! Based on what Im reading of other peoples reviews, a lot of people have had a bad experience with this same woman and Im surprised at the owners that she hasnt been fired. Disappointing.
