        What an amazing Team with Simon (and Steve) at the helm. Great training, great fun, great banter. A must try for boxing and associated classes as well as one on one personal training. Steve and Simon are the best in the business.

        I've been having 1-on-1 boxing training sessions at Body Shot for the last year or so. It's a great place - the facilities are clean and well-equipped and the trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. I've really enjoyed my sessions there - a really good mix of fitness and technique. They have a really varied clientele which tells you that they are very welcoming. Definitely recommended.
