Extremely unsatisfied. Was the last person to leave the bus and realized 10 minutes later that I had left my tablet on my seat. They did not let me get back on the bus to search for it (I was standing right besides the bus showing that the locator said it was inside) and no staff member would go for me. They kept telling me to wait, that I would receive a call but every time I called to ask they would ignore me, put me on hold for a long while and hanging up on me finally. I never got any call or received it back. Unhelpful, rude and unprofessional staff. Was not expecting this from a supposedly national bus network and would recommend using any other transport service if you can. Very disappointed. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I catched the Hamilton to Wellington bus on the 19th of April that left at 11:55 pm. Worst ride of my life. The bus ticket said it would arrive at 8:30 pm but it arrived in Wellington at 11 pm. A waste of time. Do not catch intercity. You are better off with catching a plane ride. The most uncomfortable seats. Horrible bus and these buses should be banned in New Zealand. There should be a petition to ban this disgraceful company.

The bus itself is fine but the whole management of this company is a catastrophe!! This company is unsurpassable in incompetence. We traveled as a class and were scheduled to take the bus at 7am towards Tauranga. The bus was on time and everything seemed to work out, however the bus driver said we were on the list so we couldn't go. Booking and money transfer all worked out, and then this. Adding to their arrogance, they did not respond to almost every call. As if nothing had happened.
