        I was like so disappointed with the staff when I ordered 3 take away hot chocolates, do the staff know what Health and Safety is all about especially when it comes to making hot drinks cos they shouldnt expect a customer to put the lids on them self thats a NO NO! The customers can burn themself and the staff can be held accountable for it..The staff should be doing there job properly not being lazy.. Thank you
