        Terrible service from the customer service officer at Hertz Wellington. James was very unprofessional. Didn't help with the issue and was very rude. Being a loyal customer with Hertz for number of years and this is the first time Hertz customer service was very bad.

        Great service! Staff told us we could drop off the car at the Bluebridge ferry terminal and give keys the to the Bluebridge staff there as they were aware we were dropping off the car there. Saved us the money that the Uber would have cost. Highly recommend.

        We booked a flight through Expedia a few months ago and it let me pay the extra fee to drop off in a different location. I was not aware you couldnt take hertz cars across the ferry. I have been trying to get ahold of someone from your location to see if we drop off the car in Wellington on 2/23/23 can we pick up another car in picton on 2/23/23, as our reservation has a drop off in Christchurch on 3/2/23. Please get back to me!!!
