Vodafone Lambton Quay

Awful costumer service by one employee in particular. I asked for support with an internet billing issue, and this employee (male, Indian looking) replied in a sarcastic manner that it wasn't his role to do, when I told him that it wasn't necessary to be rude, he replied "you are not going to tell me what to do", he didn't want to provide his name when requested. The store should make sure they hire professional people with aptitude and skills for costumer services. After reading some others reviews below it seems I'm not the only one receiving such unacceptable service.

Today I stopped by Vodafone and Vanshika did a great great great customer service to me. Thank you so much and appreciate your customer service. You keep up that great work my friend.

I bought an SE apple watch to use without carrying my iPhone around. After being told in person at the Vodafone store that they were offering the cellular version. I went to the store to add that feature and the staff member, without knowing about this service (That Vodafone claimed to be offering) started forcibly inserting a pin into the microphone, thinking it was a physical sim release hole. After I told him there wasnt a sim slot, he said Vodafone wasnt offering that. I called 777, and again, I was told they were, but the staff wasnt aware, so I came back to the store to talk with the manager and heard that they weren't offering this service The lack of communication between the call center and staff members is ridiculous. I ended up switching to Spark, and within two hours had me switch over an apple watch running
