        Don't use these guys if you value your money. Horrible service. They will charge you for every single tiny thing they absolutely possibly can. Customer loyalty means nothing to them. You're just a way for them to make money.

        I am the owner of a small business and was with RightWay for just over a year. They seduce you with a slick sales deck and signup process, as well as very competitive pricing. Once you get to actual accounting however the story is far from that. To cut a long story short, I ended up with an unexpected Tax bill of about $10k due to incompetence from RightWay. Of course RightWay had no liability as they make sure of that within the terms and conditions you sign when you join. If I had to do it all again, I'd stick with a solid chartered account and avoid these guys at all cost. Choosing right way is actually the wrong way to run a business.
