        WARNING! This is the worst customer service ever!!! I bought a product online to be told they do not have it, was offered a replacement which was then lost in transport. They promised to refund me, but instead a replacement product arrived in a broken box a month after my purchase. The replacement product is an inferior product and they never mentioned this or offered a difference in price. I have asked them to take the product back and give me a refund. The only person that seems to work there keeps saying that their accounts person is working different hours and is never there for him to speak to them. How can this company stay in business is beyond me!!!!!!

        Awesome product (Pacvac 650) and fantastic service. There was a little hiccup which they dealt with in a very professional way. I will definitely order my supplies through them from now on!!! Good to experience such an exemplary Service!

        Awesomely helpful staff, went out of their way to help me out and gave me great advice. would recommend 100% nice friendly staff with great value cleaning chemicals, and different options of stuff I couldn't find elsewhere.
