Your service last Thursday, 29th April, when dealing with my 16 years old was abysmal. She was in Wellington looking for her school ball outfit. She was with her cousins, who are both hardworking, tax-paying young adults. The way your shop assistant treated them was appalling. The impression she gave was they were wasting her time as they couldn't afford anything in the shop. Unbeknown to the assistance, they had a reasonable budget that I had set. My 25-year-old niece said if she could have found another outlet that sold the same or similar skirt, she would have done that rather than re-entering your store. Thankfully they are all positive people, and they did not let this horrible experience reck the rest of their day. Please remind your staff: - people like to think about their purchase before they pay for it - just because they deem the customer may not be able to afford an item, they could be very wrong and cost your business a sale. - Kindness is free Regards Robyn Sutton
