Great retail experience! I had not tried on regular sized jeans in decades, and had the help for quite some time from the lovely 'Princess Leia' and owner to get the right fit/style. They even organised the length to be shortened and delivered to my workplace (earlier than indicated too!). Awesome customer service, even if verbally 'cajoled' by owner. The staff are great - especially Zoe !!! However the owner just ruins it . Jumped up arrogance was the reception I got from him and such a rude little man Im surprised the doors opened this long tbh. I thought Ill be extra nice and he might engage a little more positive no not a chance - the nicer I was the more a bully this guy was good luck in Japan mate they wont suffer your attitude for too long.

The nicest & most pleasant retail experience every time I visit!! Sad to see theyre closing - always have such incredible customer service, and have such a great range for my partner who is 64.
