The retail assistant was really helpful however the prices for the perfumes were misleading and my experience was ruined by the owner being defensive about it when enquired.

I cannot speak highly enough of this thoroughly professional establishment. Not only was I treated with respect when I first entered, I was not approached until I chose to engage in service. The selection of mens fragrances (the decent ones lads) was superb. My sales assistant spoke with a clear knowledge of their products, and engaged with my input to provide me with a great new scent. I tried my favourite on the Thursday afternoon before Easter weekend and received a callback to check to see if I liked my choice. I keep a pretty busy schedule, and may not have stopped back in, if it wasnt for the contact made. 10/10 for your range & quality of mens fragrances. 11/10 for the top service

We're visiting Wellington from London, and popped in as the window display made it look interesting. I was rather disappointed because their stock was actually pretty dull but, worse than that, the shop assistant (owner?) proceeded to watch us like a hawk for the entire time we were in the store, and made my partner and I feel very uncomfortable. We were slightly scruffy-looking, having driven 350km that day, and she had clearly decided that we were not desirable customers. I was pretty shocked by her attitude towards us; anyone with half a brain knows you can't make assumptions based on someone's appearance, but it obviously hasn't dawned on this woman yet. If you are excited by overpriced, unexceptional products, and enjoy being judged by shop staff, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would recommend you visit one of the many interesting and stylish boutiques in Wellington.
