The tracking number they sent didn't work and they used COVID delays as an excuse for not delivering a parcel after 5 months. I only got a full refund after mentioning consumer rights- don't bother with ordering from them.

its crazy to me how this company has just ghosted everyone and fell off the face of instagram since october 22 especially since their presence was SO social media heavy. i originally bought from this store in 2021 january and got the items in july 2021 which disappointed me how long it took but i was happy to at least have them. then i order again in january 22 and something was so different idk whats going on behind the scenes but this company is an absolute flop. i kept getting the same automated responses when after months id complain to customer service about not seeing a tracking number for my items yet. its like no one works there or something ?? very weird. i fought hard enough with them and finally after 6 months in summer of 22 i got a full refund bevause i just could not support this horrible of a company. im not over exaggerating, im leaving over months of details to spare your time. DO NOT BUY get a refund immediately if u have an order with them YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS!!! theyre giving bankrupt vibes - canadian customer

If I could give this company and negative I would. They would be a -100 do not waste your money at all. This is the biggest scam ever! They take your money and they keep sending you a ridiculous answer that theyre making your products you couldve made a baby in the time that its taking to get anything from them. Its a big scam. Its a horrible investment do not use them! If you want to lose money and the aggravate it by their canned responses that theyre working hard and thanking you and then, when you threaten them, they say oh, this is an automated reply. This company is awful, and should be avoided at all costs and report it to every agency so that they will not steal from people. I have been waiting since November for a Christmas present of a stretch of a T-shirt and sweatpants. I believe at this point they are growing the cotton and importing people to make it for them! This is a horrible website, avoid at all costs.!!!
