        This rating is for their machines and technical service. I have a Gran Latissima within warranty that worked at first but then increasingly started to stop registering the milk jug (the milk buttons dont light up and cant be used). I spent a large amount of time trying to get it repaired - went through a phone service - sent a video of it not working - then finally they allowed me to send it off for repair. After two months and no notification of receipt i thought it lost in the post and had to chase it up. When i got it back the letter said "No fault found". I now roll the dice as to whether today will be the i can get a cup of coffee out of it. Not st l satisfactory. At this point I just want a replacement. Very disappointed.
