PeopleNZ conducted a SWOT and strategy session. It proved valuable and insightful. It was also clearly and professionally facilitated. The Elevator Program was utilised by a Director of the company and proved valuable in strategy and setting of goals relating to company ownership. Major milestone was clarity and focus on business strategy. The methodology of the Elevator Program was thorough and well thought out. It also had a natural flow and tempo that related to small business. Bruce Duncan was easy to work with and we found him both motivational and to be an experienced facilitator.

The Bizcheck workshop was a great review of our businesses current state and allowed us to effectively identify our biggest strengths and areas that need further attention. The workshop is a great way of seeing how aligned the team are on certain business areas and allowed for great robust discussion. This workshop allowed us to highlight our key areas of focus for the next quarter. As we have done this workshop previously it was also nice to reflect on the last workshops data to celebrate the growth we have made. This workshop is incredibly valuable for any business wanting to scale.
